How do I know SolveQ received my application?
Once you apply through our system you should receive an email confirmation. Please give us 2-3 working days to analyze your profile. You will get a response from us either way.If now is not the time to start cooperating, don’t worry. If you accept the GDPR consents we will come back to you in the future, once new opportunities will present itself.. So make sure you do that! :)
How to prepare for the HR meeting at SolveQ?
Make sure you have a working computer, internet & a camera. We use G Meet to schedule & conduct interviews, so we can really connect from the get-go. The initial HR screening takes around 30 minutes.Make sure your profiles on Linkedin & GitHub or any other social media is up-to-date. It will make it easier for everyone :)
What can you expect during a meeting with a recruiter?
The goal of this meeting is to check if we are a good fit for each other. You can learn much more about us & we can see if you will be a match for our company / projects. So be open & don’t be afraid to ask hard hitting questions. We want to make it as beneficial as we can.How many steps does SolveQ's recruitment process have?
It’s fairly simple. After the HR screening is done, and you are an experienced professional we usually schedule a Technical Interview. And that’s it. However, if you are still developing your skills you will be asked to do a simple (4-8h) technical task AND THEN schedule a followup interview. Usually within the week you will get your final answer.Easy peasy lemon squeezy!
